Our shipping method, pricing, & average delivery time
We ship our orders via either Canada Post Xpresspost or Purolator Express.
Shipping is free on orders over $150 with Canada Post and over $200 with Purolator; smaller orders ship for a flat-rate shipping fee:
Canada Post Xpresspost – Estimated 1-3 business days* ($5.00)
PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post holds packages at their depot for a maximum of 10 days before returning to sender. As per the ACMPR, returned product must be destroyed and cannot be refunded or resent. Please consider this before choosing your shipping company.
Purolator Express – Estimated 1-2 business days* ($15.00)
PLEASE NOTE: Purolator holds packages at their depot for a maximum of 5 days before returning to sender. As per the ACMPR, returned product must be destroyed and cannot be refunded or resent. Please consider this before choosing your shipping company.

Orders made after 7:00 am . will ship out the following business day.

- Canada Post Xpresspost – 1-3 business days*
- Purolator Express – 1-2 business days*
A signature is required upon delivery, and shipments can only be sent to the shipping address associated with your account. You can change this shipping address filling out an address amendment form.
Please note that we cannot ship outside of Canada.
* Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and may take longer for certain locations. Cheer’s Cannabis can not be held accountable for delays in carrier delivery .
PO BOXES AND FLEXDELIVERY ADDRESSES
Only Canada Post will deliver to both PO boxes and FlexDelivery accounts. If Purolator is selected for these addresses, there may be unexpected delays and/or the package will be delivered to the nearest Purolator depot.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can be cancelled any time before it has shipped*. Email and verbal order cancellations will be accepted.
* Shipping cut-off times may vary.
If an order hasn’t arrived and it is past its expected delivery date, please contact us to start an investigation. If the order is delivered late*, MÉDICIBIS will issue a coupon for free shipping on a future order. If investigation discovers that the order has been lost*, MÉDICIBIS will refund the total amount of the order.
*The definition of a “late” or “lost” delivery is subject to the result of the investigation carried out by the shipping company. Investigations may take up to 10 business day.
The ACMPR regulations set the following restrictions on ordering:
- You can only order a maximum of 150 grams in one order.
- You can not order more than 30 times your daily prescribed dosage in any 30 day period.
If your daily dosage is 3 grams/day, you can order up to 90 grams every 30 days.
If your daily dosage is 10 grams/day, you can order up to 300 grams every 30 days but must be shipped in at least 2 separate orders.
The 30-day period is calculated using the estimated delivery dates of your orders, and due to the varying delivery standards between shipping companies, the option of shipping companies may be limited at times.
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase by sending any remaining product back to MÉDICIBIS along with a written note indicating the reason for return. MÉDICIBIS will only issue a refund for up to 10g per strain for a maximum of 30g per order. Any product returned to us has to be destroyed and cannot be resold or returned to you; please consider this when ordering strains, you have not tried before.
Only the returned portion of the product can be credited towards your prescription order limit, regardless of what portion of the order was refunded.
